Below you will find a sample schedule of Friday Family Academy. We know it is helpful to see the general structure of Friday but please note that this class schedule will be adjusted for the coming year.
LEAF Calendar
LEAF conducts day-to-day business via Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Discourse, an online forum. It is critical that at least one adult member of each LEAF family learns how to use each of these tools and actively engages with them.
A couple of date changes:
The Scholar parent meeting will be held 8/5, not 8/26
The REQUIRED all-member training will be held 9/18, not 9/11
Membership & Tuition
LEAF makes it simple to determine the cost for your family to join.
First pick a Membership type:
General Membership
General LEAF members are invited to attend all events and mentor trainings
Friday Academy
Friday Academy LEAF members are invited to attend all events, mentor trainings, and Friday Family Academy
New Trial Membership
All new LEAF families are enrolled as trial members
Choose which project(s) your scholar will participate in.
Junior program has no tuition, just a commitment to create one kit every semester.
Payments may be made in quarterly installments over the school year.
NEW FAMILY TRIAL MEMBERSHIP
The trial membership fee is $50.
If you have a scholar there is an additional fee of $30 per scholar, per class.
If a trial member decides to become a full member, these fees will be applied to the fees for the entire year.
These prices do not include the cost of the books which are purchased by each family. These prices are subject to change at any time.
